Also a playwright, she has had four plays produced.  Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Jennifer is reprising her role as "Roberta" from the original production of SISTAS. A graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and alumnus of the Academy Company, she is also a proud member of The Amoralists Theatre Company's acting company, and a past member of The Flea Theatre's resident acting company, The Bats. Some credits include: Hairspray (Cindy Watkins, Motormouth u/s), Little Shop of Horrors (Ronnette), Freedom Train ("Rit" National Tour), Hamlet (Player Queen), Julius Caesar (Brutus), Amerissiah (Carrie Murphey), Hatful of Rain (Putski). Her one woman show, "Anonymous" will premiere next fall. Jennifer has performed both at home and in the UK as an actor and singer and is ever grateful for the incredible love and support of her husband, her family and her friends!
